LUX GLAM & LENS BOOKING POLICY
•⁠ ⁠30% non-refundable deposit required for all bookings.
•⁠ ⁠Appointments are confirmed only after deposit payment.
•⁠ ⁠Balance must be paid in cash on appointment date.
•⁠ ⁠Clients must arrive on time. Late arrival attracts an extra fee and may reduce service time.
•⁠ ⁠Clients must provide their hair for installation services.
•⁠ ⁠Wig drop-offs must be 3–4 days before the appointment. Late drop-off attracts $40 fee.
•⁠ ⁠Travel within Minnesota is $100. Locations outside Minnesota attract additional travel charges.
•⁠ ⁠No call, no show = deposit forfeited.
•⁠ ⁠Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before appointment (subject to availability).
