LUX GLAM & LENS BOOKING POLICY
• 30% non-refundable deposit required for all bookings.
• Appointments are confirmed only after deposit payment.
• Balance must be paid in cash on appointment date.
• Clients must arrive on time. Late arrival attracts an extra fee and may reduce service time.
• Clients must provide their hair for installation services.
• Wig drop-offs must be 3–4 days before the appointment. Late drop-off attracts $40 fee.
• Travel within Minnesota is $100. Locations outside Minnesota attract additional travel charges.
• No call, no show = deposit forfeited.
• Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before appointment (subject to availability).

Pictures takes 3 weeks for collection.
2-4 People ($20 per additional person)
No Individual Photos (Book seperate session for individual photos)
